Performance management and staying on top of your startup finances

(1) Start ups and performance analysis - why it is crucial for startups to survive and why you don't need a full time CFO

Stefano Passarello will give a brief on the essentials of startups performance monitoring, key indicators and performance analysis and a brief intro to taxation, MPF and other statutory requirements.

(2) Smarter than a bank: managing your startup finances

At Neat, we used to spend countless hours each week on managing company finances: visiting bank branches, opening a bank account, reimbursing employees or accounting, to name a few.

Being a fintech startup, we felt there had to be a better way. Max will share what tools we use to minimize the time spent on day-to-day on managing finances, what hacks Neat built for themselves to automate back office processes, and how this ultimately led to building a new product for startups & SMEs: Neat Business, an online current account that offers a modern alternative to a traditional corporate bank account.
