Successfully optimizing and growing your store means streamlining every area of business, whether you are at the front dealing with customers, or at the back handling operations. But creating an efficient system takes a lot of work and experimenting. Especially if you’re a startup or SME, labour count is low and resources are limited. Work is stretched out, leaving minimal time to concentrate on other areas of your business that are more important, like sales and marketing.
This is why Easyship and Neat are collaborating for an event to help you establish a well-oiled operations system so you have more time on your hands for customers! The experts will be sharing from their experience and knowledge the different strategies and solutions to properly manage your finances and logistics to take your eCommerce business to the next level.
Food and drinks will be served after, so bring along your questions and we’ll answer all of them! You’ll get to meet other players and sellers within the eCommerce community as well. Hope to see you there!
