Mentor clinic – User research & behavioral insights

It is impossible for startups to understand and know how to solve all difficulties they encounter. Mentor clinics are 1 on 1 high level interactions between mentors and entrepreneurs, with topics that focus on: Business Model design, HR, Legal, Fundraising, Supply chain, etc.. The Mentor clinics aim to provide a private, interactive session for mentors to share their experience and advise startups, in their areas of expertise.

Topic: User research & behavioral insights

Everyone knows you must “talk to users” — but do you still wonder if anyone will actually use your product? Not sure how to find users or how to make sense of their feedback? Or maybe you have concerns about usability and want to know if your device or app is “user-friendly” enough. No matter what challenges you face with UX, usability and/or product-market fit, here is your chance to get professional advice from veteran UX consultant, Karen T. Lin.
